How did i solved my training client Windows sound problem

I gave a training of Microsoft Power Point 2016, and i distributed a tutorial video for them, but the my student does not hear the audio of that video in his Microsoft Windows laptop.

So, i did a right click to the speaker logo, near the clock, and i choose "Troubleshoot sound problems", then i follow the wizard, and at some point, i can hear the sound.

Then we solved the problem.
