How to travel from Chevron Site Duri to Jakarta
As the City of Oil, Duri is an interesting place to live at. A small city but the facility is quite complete for the residential who lived here.
Since the Chevron have its Oil operation in this area, many people is coming to this place. Myself is not working related with this Oil and Gas field currently, but i was born here.
In this occasion, i have a call to give Jboss Enterprise Application Platform 7 training at Jakarta. So i make a travelling to Jakarta. I made a flight booking online using Bukalapak, the local market place.I made a car booking via phone call to one of car transportation provider here. Then they confirmed the seat, price, pickup time, driver name, and they send me the short message of confirmation.
The driver called me before he picked up me to query about my exact address, then 10 minutes later he arrived at my house. In the car, there are already around 4 peoples who will go to Pekanbaru city. We started at 7.15 am, and arrived at Pekanbaru International Airport Sultan Syarif Kasim around 11.00 am. I paid the fee once we arrived at the Airport around 100.000 IDR.
Since my flight is at 18.25, then i decided to wait at waiting lounge. There are many free public charger available for my phone and laptop.
