How Anies Baswedan  the new Governor of Jakarta manage the project of the province 

The new Governor of Jakarta Anies Baswedan led the first leaders meeting with all the Regional Work Units.

One of the action point is Every Regional Work Units need to list all the ongoing projects

For all the ongoing projects,  every person will review together:
Is it on schedule or not?
Is it on budget or not?

On the pending project, need to have the date or target to complete.



Divide the ongoing project into two kinds:
1. Internal such as government building renovation
2. Public services such as underpass construction

The Governor and team will not value the Work Unit based on the current status of jobs completion, instead  they will value the delta of the project problems, show the problem, if one project have delay, show the root cause.
