A data room or data center should have the maintenance plan. Maintenance plan of a data room is essential. Since the data room is the "heart" of the Information Technology System in a company. The preventive is better than curing.  A downtime will results on bad reputation and financial loss.

The preventive maintenance of a data room should be performed regularly, weekly, biweekly, monthly, depend on the assesment, decision and agreement of  the stakeholder.
